Please make sure the minimum load rating of the Dimmer is lower than the total Wattage of the LED lights on the Dimmer.
As an example if the minimum load rating of the Dimmer is 20Watts. Then you will need at least 20Watts of LED lights on the Dimmer to eliminate flicker.

Please check you have the correct Dimmer assigned to the LED light.
Please make sure there is no other device on the same circuit that can interfere with the LED light. Examples are Fluorescents, Sensor Lights, Timers, Other LED Lights.

If your globes have a soft glow when turned off. This is caused by Voltage/Current leakage or coiled power lines in the house causing a magnetic charge.

Reason for leaking voltage: Faulty Switch Mechanism.
Faulty Dimmer
Incorrect Switch on the neutral.
2 or 3 Way Switch

Ways To Resolve:
Electrician must identify the fault, as listed as a possibility of above.
Replace faulty switch mechanism or dimmer and test.
Ensure switch is on the active line, not neutral.
Instal Clipsal Load Correction Capacitor. The Clipsal 31CAP.
